White & Katzman Management, Inc. traces its origins back to 1983 and is one of Connecticut's pioneering forces in the community association management industry.
Since that time, White & Katzman has established itself as Connecticut's industry leader in all aspects of community association management. Over the years, our team has managed hundreds of community associations and our growth has primarily been driven by word-of-mouth referrals and a solid reputation for excellent service.

Lawrence White Management founded in 1983 in Hartford's South End on Roxbury Street.
606 Farmington Ave
Childhood friends Lawrence White and Michael Katzman join forces. White & Katzman Management, Inc. is formed. The office at 606 Farmington Avenue, Hartford was the company's home until 2008.
W&K PRoperty Services
W&K Property Services, the maintenance and construction servicing division was formed out of the need to provide reliable and high quality services to our community association and investment portfolio clients.
W&K Present day
W&K's headquarters in East Hartford has grown to a staff of 65 team members, fleet of 20 vehicles and operated by W&K's second generation family members.
